Entity Description VARPA is a research group attached to the Computing Department of the Faculty of Informatics of the University of A Coruña that develops its research activity in the field of artificial vision and collaborates with the industry developing technological projects in this field. It is integrated in the Information Technology and Communications Center (CITIC), recognized as the Singular Research Center of Galicia. It is also part of the Biomedical Research Institute of La Coruna (INIBIC), classified as an external scientific committee in the maximum category based on its research and transfer in the clinical field. Specialists in the design of advanced methodologies for the analysis of different types of medical images.
