In 2008, it was renamed Galaria, Empresa Pública de Servizos Sanitarios, SA Galaria is legally defined as a Mercantile Society of the Public Sector of Galicia, as its own instrumental means and as a technical service of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Galicia and its agencies and entities of a public nature, for the execution of the activities entrusted to it, within the matters that constitute its corporate purpose.
